Position Summary:  

We are looking for a talented, eager, and skilled full-time Financial Operations Analyst I to join our accounting team in Dallas. As a Financial Operations Analyst I, you will support and be responsible for daily financial activities and maintaining accurate accounting records within SAP. You will help process payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure data integrity across vendors and transactions while developing a strong foundation in financial operations. Preparing and recording assets and revenue is a daily requirement. The Analyst I will report directly to the Finance Manager. 

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the card order operations process, including order creation, shipping coordination and completion, processing, and reconciliation
  • Process daily reimbursement expenses and other fee transactions 
  • Reconcile daily activities and Account Balances in SAP on a daily recurring basis 
  • Records accounting information in a professional and detailed manner while maintaining focus across high transaction volumes
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliation of multiple balance sheet accounts 
  • Analyze transaction data to determine adjustments, revisions, or updates are needed 
  • Support internal stakeholders by resolving payment issues, answer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions 
  • Assist with compiling data for internal and external reporting 
  • Participate in Ad Hoc assignments as requested to support departmental priorities
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Complete all required initial and ongoing training within a reasonable or provided timeframe 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge: 

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience 
  • Industry experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel 
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, and standards
